北京北方华创新能源锂电装备技术有限公司(简称“北方华创新能源”)是由七星电子自动化分公司全资注入成立,是一家致力于二次电池设备研发和制造的高端装备企业,主要产品包括搅拌机系列,涂布机系列,分切机系列,轧机系列,卷绕机系列、叠片机系列、芯包自动组装线、测试设备、烘干设备、电池PACK生产线、储能柜等多个系列产品。

北方华创新能源的前身是原电子部国营706厂,在上世纪90年代就前瞻性地进入二次电池设备研发制造领域,先后从事了镍氢电池设备、燃料电池设备、锂离子电池设备的研发工作。2002年“镍氢电池极片全自动生产线(AA——1550)”就被认定为国家重点新产品;2004年“Z-91-3-ZE镍氢动力电池极板涂浆全自动生产线”被认定为国家重点新产品项目;在锂离子电池设备研发与制造方面,通过与中科院物理所、有研总院、电子部18所开展合作,实现了锂电设备的国产化,为中国第一代锂离子电池的研发、生产提供了有力支持。

立足当下,北方华创新能源专注于研发、生产浆料制备系统、真空搅拌机、涂布机、强力轧膜机、高速分切机等电池极片制造装备,形成了成熟的锂电子电池极片整线解决方案,并具备了锂离子电池制造整线解决方案的策划、生产和服务能力,可为客户提供从粉料处理、制浆、制片到装配、注液、化成、检测的全套装备及布局方案,同时为客户提供量身设计打造电池厂的装备配套和布局服务。截至目前,北方华创新能源公司已经为全国主要锂离子电池研究院所、生产企业提供了电池制造装备,并将产品远销到日本、德国、俄罗斯等国家,为中国锂电行业发展做出了不可替代的卓越贡献!

Beijing NAURA New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (NAURA New Energy) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sevenstar Electronic Automation Company, and a high-end equipment enterprise which commits to researching and manufacturing secondary battery equipment. Its main products include Mixer series, coater series, slitting machine series, rolling mill series, winding machine series, laminating machine series, automatic assembly lines for chip packaging, test equipment, drying equipment, battery PACK production line, energy storage cabinets and so on.

NAURA New Energy is the predecessor of the state-owned 706 plant of the original Electronics Department, and entered into the field of researching and manufacturing secondary battery equipment in the 1990’s with a forward-looking view. It has engaged in researching and developing nickel-metal hydride batteries, fuel cell equipment, and lithium-ion battery equipment. In 2002, the nickel-metal hydride battery electrode automatic production line (AA - 1550) was identified as a key new product of national level. In 2004, the Z-91-3-ZE nickel-metal hydride battery plate automatic production line was identified as a national project of key new product. In the field of R&D and manufacturing of lithium-ion battery equipment, through the cooperation with the Institute of Physics of Chinese Academy of Sciences, the General Research Institute for Nonferrous metals, and the 18th Institute of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology , the domestic original production of lithium equipment was achieved, providing strong support for the research & development, and production of China's first generation of lithium-ion batteries.

based on current trends, NAURA New Energy focuses on researching and developing and producing slurry preparation systems, vacuum mixers, coating machines, strong film machines, high-speed cutting machines and other battery pole manufacturing equipment, forming a mature entire-line solution to lithium battery pole pieces, with the capabilities of planning, producing and serving lithium-ion battery manufacturing lines, able to provide a full set of equipment from powder processing, pulp, production to assembly, injection, formation, and testing, as well as layout program for the customers. At the same time, it also provides customers with tailor-made battery equipment assembly and layout services. Up to now, NAURA New Energy has provided battery manufacturing equipment to main national lithium-ion battery research institutes and manufacturing enterprises, and exported the products to Japan, Germany, Russia and other countries, which makes irreplaceable contribution to the development of China's lithium industry.

Looking ahead, NAURA New Energy will continue to focus on new energy vehicles, energy storage and other green manufacturing areas based on lithium manufacturing equipment, while considering the lithium technology testing and energy storage applications as well as some other fields. It will provide customers with a complete range of lithium battery manufacturing equipment with improved support and system solutions.
